“How long does a hand poke tattoo really take?” 🤔 PART 3 ➡️ which one is your favorite? I get this question all the time — and the answer isn’t as simple as “depends on the size.” Here’s what actually makes a difference 👇 1️⃣ Size + details — yeah, size matters, but so does the detail. Some tiny pieces end up taking ages just because of how much detail we’re pulling out of them. And sometimes big stuff takes less because it’s bold and straightforward. 2️⃣ Placement — tricky spots (ribs, elbows, inner ditch) take longer. Spicy spots (like palms🔥) might not take long of tattooing, but we need more breaks — so it feels way more intense than a 4h session on any other spot. 3️⃣ Flash or custom — flashes are pre-made to fit my style & technique, so they’re usually quicker.
